Mandy Rose | The American Wrestler

Mandy Rose (born April 12, 1995) is an American professional wrestler and actress currently signed to WWE, where she performs on the Raw brand under her real name. She is best known for her time with Ring of Honor (ROH), where she won the ROH World Championship twice, as well as for her appearances in NXT and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA).

Rose began training at the age of 14, and made her debut in 2012 under the ring name Rosemary. She began wrestling as a heel, but transitioned into a more babyface character in 2014. In October 2016 she was signed by WWE after being released from ROH by then-booker Kevin Sullivan. Mandy Rose is an American professional wrestler and actress signed to WWE, where she performs on the Raw brand under the ring name Mandy Rose. She is currently assigned to SmackDown Live. 

Rose began her wrestling career in 2011 and has competed for a number of independent promotions, including Shine Wrestling and Shimmer Women Athletes. She also competed in Japan for Pro Wrestling Zero1 (PWZ) from 2012 to 2013, where she was a one-time PWZ Tag Team Champion with Ayako Hamada. In October 2017, Rose made her WWE debut at The Road to WrestleMania 30 event as part of the Cruiserweight division's women's division, winning a battle royal to become one of its participants for the inaugural Mixed Match Challenge.

She is known for her work in Impact Wrestling, Impact Wrestling (2019), WWE, Ring of Honor (ROH) and NJPW. She became a villainess in WWE after she was signed by the company and was placed in the Bella Twins' faction, The BFFs, which also included Alicia Fox and Nikki Bella. Rose is known for her piercing blue eyes and elaborate tattoos. She is also known for using the ring name "Mandy Rose".  In wrestling circles, Rose has been described as "the most dangerous woman in pro wrestling", "one of the most talented female wrestlers ever" and "one of the most dominant women on the independent circuit today".

Rose made her debut in Ring of Honor (ROH) on March 17, 2015 at the Manhattan Center in New York City as part of a talent exchange with Impact Wrestling. On April 14, 2016, Rose debuted in Impact Wrestling under her real name after agreeing to terms with the promotion. On June 2, 2016 she made her television debut under the ring name Rosemary during an episode of Impact's "Impact! Wrestling" TV show where she defeated KC James. Afterward she had a series of matches against Allie and Arissa but lost them all.

In late 2016 she began competing on ROH shows under her new ring name Mandy Rose and would go on to win several matches including one over Tessa Blanchard which led to a short feud between the two women where they fought multiple times before eventually teaming up together against Karen Q. She is best known for her time with WWE under the ring name Mandy Rose, and for her stint with Impact Wrestling from 2016 to 2018 as Rosey. Rose began wrestling in 2001 and made her debut for Olde Wrestling Entertainment (OWE) in 2004. After a few years of working for OWE, she joined the WWE Performance Center in 2009 and was trained by Trish Stratus and Lita. She debuted on Raw as part of the ECW brand on November 12, 2010 under the ring name Jazz (later renamed Nikki Roxx).

Rose left OWE in 2011, before signing with WWE in 2012 and appearing at live events around the world. In 2013–2014, she was added to NXT's roster and made her televised debut on June 27, 2013 at a live event in London, England where she lost to Bo Dallas. Her first televised match took place when she teamed up with Bayley to defeat Fandango and Summer Rae during a six-woman tag team match on July 7 at a house show in Chicago Ridge, Illino is that aired on the June 30 episode of NXT.
