The Lahore High Court heard the petitions filed for the procurement of smog, in which the court directed schools and colleges to close for seven more days in Lahore.
The court order has called for another week extension after the January 2 holidays in Lahore. The court said that the holidays should be extended due to smog, the smog is largely controlled, it is the responsibility of the government to prevent it.
The court later adjourned the hearing till Friday, seeking DGPDMA at the next hearing.
